South Perrott is a conservation village in West Dorset. Right next to the Somerset border, it is 10 miles from the Jurassic Coast at West Bay and 17 miles from the county town of Dorchester. The River Parrett, which gives the village its name, rises on the hill above, flows through its centre, then northwards to the Bristol Channel.

South Perrott Village Hall

was opened in 1979 and has been regularly updated since then. It’s an ideal venue for a variety of functions. Regular activities include Short Mat Bowls, Tai Chi, Yoga, Steel Drums and a range of village events such as plays, jumble sales, suppers, flower and produce shows, to name but a few.
